Requests submitted through this website are managed by NAKE — denominación provisoria. Published address: Domicilio a confirmar, Argentina.
Information we receive
We request your name, email, phone number, reason for contacting us and an optional message. Appointment requests may also include a date, time and health insurance information. Do not send medical records, diagnoses or sensitive medical information.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information only to answer inquiries, coordinate appointments and prevent abusive submissions. Processing is based on your request and the express consent you provide when submitting the form.
Retention and security
Requests are retained for up to 180 days and then automatically deleted, unless a legal obligation requires a different period. IP addresses are not stored in visible text: they are converted into a pseudonymized fingerprint to limit abuse.
Service providers
The website uses Vercel to run the service, PostgreSQL/Neon for storage and, when configured, Resend to notify the team about a new request. Only the information needed to operate each service is shared.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data through the inquiry form and explaining your request in the message. The address privacidad@nake.example is a generic placeholder and does not currently receive messages. Deletion applies to active storage and is logged without including your personal information.
